Born in Guildford in 2008, Enpei began his violin studies at the age of five at the Hindhead Music Centre. At eight, he joined the Primary Department of the Royal Academy of Music, and at eleven, he was accepted into the Yehudi Menuhin School, where he studied with Professors Lutsia Ibragimova and Boris Brovtsyn.

He is currently an A Level student, studying under Professor Natalia Lomeiko and receiving regular chamber music coaching from Professor Alex Redington.

Enpei has performed at various international festivals and masterclasses across Europe, including the New Virtuosi International Mastercourses in Oxford, Festival Academy Budapest, and the Recanati International Mastercourse in Italy. In the summer of 2025, he has been invited to return to the Festival Academy Budapest as a Young Artist, performing with his quartet. He will also participate in the international summer festival in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Through masterclasses and lessons, Enpei has received guidance from renowned musicians including Itzhak Rashkovsky, Ani Schnarch, Rodney Friend, Levon Chilingirian, Dora Schwarzberg, Pavel Vernikov, and Barnabás Kelemen, among other distinguished artists. He continues to grow as a versatile and dedicated musician, committed to developing his artistry both as a soloist and chamber musician.
